Deposit and booking:
For the important shooting, a deposit guarantee the availability and the presence of the equipment and the operator in the day and at the time of the shooting.
Condition of the shooting:
Preliminary meeting with the customers for preparation of the film and the choice of the musics.
Payment, delivery and preservation of the project on the hard disk:
The payment is exclusively made between the shooting and the editing.
If he wishes modifications, the time of supplementary editing will be charged to him.
No delivery without payment.
Respect:
The aggressiveness or the violence towards one or several cameraman (en) can entrainer an immediate departure of the place of shooting with cancellation of the contract and the not repayment of the deposit.
Overheads
Estimate: free
DVD burning : 75 $ for the first, 6 $ per unit supplementary DVD
Transport: 0,75$ / km, beyond 40 km of Mont Tremblant
Rates of the shootings and the editings for events others than marriages
Hourly rates for shooting:
1 camera ( HD)
100 $/a hour
2 cameras ( HD+HD)
200 $/ hour.
Daily rates for editing :
300 $ for day, 50 $ for hour
Rates marriages except package
Daily rates for shooting weeding except package :
1 camera HD 100 / hour + 1 meal from 5 hour of shooting
2 cameras HD 200 / hour + 2 meals from 5 hour of shooting daily
Rate for editing marriage except package:
300 $/in the daytime of editing And daily preservation of the project on hard disk.
Marriage Package
Package marriages include :
- the shooting till 1h am in the morning (rate hourly in supplement beyond)
- 5 days of assembly(editing)
- 3 DVD
DVD supplementary charged 10 $
The transport is not included in the package for the marriages taking place beyond 40 km of Mont Tremblant.
Rate of package marriages (negociable price):
Failed 1 camera HD 1000 $ + 1 meal
Failed 2 cameras HD 2000 $ + 2 meals
